Download the portable ZIP from a trusted archive site (ensure MD5 checksum matches original). Extract to a folder like D:\PortableApps\PRG\ . Double-click PictureResizeGenius.exe . No UAC prompts.

Added support for B&W (grayscale) JPEG images.
