You have three options:

Chromebooks use a different driver model (ChromeOS). You do not manually download drivers. Instead, Acer pushes driver updates via ChromeOS system updates. Go to > About ChromeOS > Check for updates .

BIOS/EC updates can change ACPI tables, device enumeration, or power-management behavior; drivers tested with one firmware revision might behave differently after firmware change. Always test combined updates.
