Right-click and select Properties . Click the Language tab. Select English from the dropdown menu. Steam will automatically download the necessary files. For Console (PS4/PS5 & Xbox)

Steam uses "depots" to distribute game files. You can force Steam to download the English depot.

When the language pack does work correctly, the quality is indistinguishable from the native English release.
